 Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Your 2-hour experience begins promptly at your reservation time. For delays, kindly notify us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

 A 5-minute grace period is provided. After that, your reservation may be adjusted or released. Partial parties will be seated at the scheduled time, and guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be seated.

Changes or cancellations require 24 hours' notice to avoid fees. For special events, holidays, or large parties, additional notice may be needed.

We’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions or seating preferences with advance notice. Please contact us via phone (203) 220-8009 to advise of special accommodations 

   Parties of more than 6 guests will be accommodated in our Tea Party Room to ensure comfort and an optimal experience.

At Posh Tea Room, we warmly welcome well-behaved children ages 5 and older in our Formal Tea Room to ensure a serene experience for all guests.
